No, you do not. Theological education is embedded in the long-term program for those who do not have it.
No, you cannot. You can only fill a form for yourself and have to be physically present in Dubai to participate in the program.

The short-term program is for one to three months.
The long-term program is for one year and can be extended to a maximum of three years.
Applicants who are chosen to join the long-term program are expected to start in August.
Applicants who are chosen to join the short-term program have the January term and May term to choose from.
This Apprentice Program is run by Fellowship Dubai, an International Evangelical church in Dubai, UAE. The Fellowship Dubai vision is to “Know Jesus, Grow to be like Jesus, and Go tell the nations about Jesus.”
