• Make sure you are positioned in the centre of the frame. (see Image 1)
• Leave some space between your head and the top of the frame. (see Image 1)
• Make sure you are clearly visible from the head to the waist. (see Image 1)
• You could film yourself sitting or standing – both are acceptable.
• Make sure you are facing your main light source. (see Image 2)
• For the best audio quality try to record in a quiet room and avoid places that may have loud sounds in the background e.g. hallways, hotel lobbies, parking lots, etc.
• It would be ideal if someone can help you record this video using the back camera of your phone instead of filming in selfie mode using the front camera.
